ABOUT

Punchbowl_patterns_backgrounds.png

A perfectly petite festival with just a few hundred tickets available, that fills the Punchbowl Farm country garden with a cocktail of live music, DJs, performers, workshops and entertainment. With something for all the family, the festival began in a Wiltshire country garden in 2009 to bring together friends, celebrate creativity and raise money for an incredible local charity.

Volunteering Opportunities

Punchbowl Festival is a charity fundraiser that relies on the amazing work of volunteers to keep us running smoothly.

This year, we’re looking for people to help with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Bar work*

  • Welcome team

  • Ticket sales

  • Car park

  • Recycling

  • General set up & de-rig

*please note, to volunteer on the bar you must be over 18 years of age.

If you are interested in volunteering at the next Punchbowl Festival, please email info@punchbowlfestival.com

Art Installation & Decor Opportunities

Punchbowl Festival has gratefully received some funding to enable creative opportunities; specifically for art installations & decor creations.

We are particularly interested in applications that take into account the festival environment, are generally weatherproof, made of strong durable materials, can be easily stored and could also be used at Wylye Valley Camp, which the festival fundraises for.

Ideally the installation, decor or art piece is large in scale (minimum of 6ft/2mt in height) and fits with the festival's theme.

We’re particularly interested in:

  • Interactive or sensory pieces

  • Creative use of light for art that works by night

  • 3D sculptures

  • Use of sustainable resources and affordable

  • materials

It doesn’t have to be something made especially for Punchbowl, if you’ve got any existing work you think would be a good fit, we would love to hear about it.

If you are interested in applying for art installations or decor grants, please email info@punchbowlfestival.com

Musicians

If you are a musician, interested in coming to play in the Punchbowl garden, we would love to hear from you too!

Please email Maarten on info@punchbowlfestival.com

WHY WE PARTY

CELEBRATING OVER 50 YEARS

WHY WE PARTY

Since 1970, Wylye Valley Disabled Children’s Charity has been financing holidays for physically disabled children between the ages of 11 and 16. Every summer, up to 20 children along with a dedicated team of volunteer helpers spend a week under canvas. The camp is a completely self-contained community that brings together horses and people to create a unique environment combining learning, therapy and fun - it’s really lots and lots of fun for everyone involved.

But it isn't cheap to put on a week of this kind and inevitably the camp expenditure is a huge amount. Not only do we need to cover food and consumable catering items for 90 mouths 3 times a day but also marquees for the holiday children’s sleeping accommodation, activities, day trips, resources, coach hire and insurance. Phew! Although volunteers contribute greatly towards the cost of their meals to offset the food bill, there is always a great need to raise funds and this is where Punchbowl Farm Festival comes in!

Wylye Valley Disabled Children’s Charity is a charity very close to the hearts of the crew behind Punchbowl Festival, which is why every single penny goes straight into the charity pot. This helps to ensure that we can continue providing such an important and wonderful experience for these inspiring young people.
